Rates of Pay
Our confidence barometer in this issue has been stood on it's head. 45% of our survey participants feel less confidence about the months ahead. Having said that, rates still appear to be rising. One explanation is that rates are in fact polarising, that's to say they're rising for those hard-to-find skills but for the vast majority they're pretty much static.
